Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One client, free forever. No trial, no expiry. We want you to experience real value before you ever pay us anything.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free plan requires no payment information at all. Just your email address.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page inside the app. When you upgrade, the new limit takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, all your existing client data is preserved — but you can only generate emails for clients up to your new plan limit. For example, if you have 11 clients and downgrade to Starter (limit 10), your 10 oldest clients remain fully accessible and your newest client will be locked until you upgrade again. You can manage your plan at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app.
Does Figurenote send emails on my behalf?
No. Figurenote drafts the email and you copy it. You send it from your own Gmail or Outlook account. Your clients never know you used Figurenote.
Is my QuickBooks data secure?
We use OAuth — the same standard banks use. We never see or store your QuickBooks password. Read-only access means we can pull reports but cannot modify anything in your books.
What QuickBooks plan do I need?
Figurenote works with QuickBooks Online. Any plan that includes Profit and Loss reporting will work — Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced.
